Try using the Administrator account or install it on any other folder (not program files), use a different drive or download the file again because that one is corrupted also you can run the all OS behind TOR, there's a Firewall (so they only spy on you if you allow the traffic), there are forks that tunnel all the traffic to TOR, there's DNSsec, you can run TOR as a service, UDP,FTP i.e some traffic is broken because TOR doesn't support them, must use another kind of transport/tunnel, but besides that everything will work, try it in a Virtual Machine then inspect the traffic output with a sniffer and create rules, virus, malware and other sickness don't appear from thin air, they got to come from somewhere and in most of the cases they got to get some user interaction, i use windows for years and every time he got sick, it was because i download PaginaVenis.exe or similar and run it, besides that i don't remember of getting any other security or anonymity problem with it, but that is just me.
